Suitable for high-speed weighing and packaging of granular, block-shaped, and irregular products in industries such as food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and agriculture. Typical applications include candy, biscuits, nuts, dried fruits, frozen foods, pet food, tea, coffee beans, seeds, grains, and pharmaceutical tablets.
The multihead weigher uses multiple weighing hoppers operating simultaneously to calculate the optimal weight combination closest to the target weight. This significantly improves weighing speed and accuracy, making it ideal for high-efficiency automated packaging lines.
Widely applicable to granular, block-shaped, and irregular materials. Compared with traditional weighing methods, it provides better performance in both speed and accuracy.
Equipped with a touchscreen human–machine interface and control system, the machine is easy to operate and quick to set up. It allows real-time monitoring of each weighing hopper to ensure stable production performance.
Multiple product parameters can be stored in the system. When changing products, operators can simply switch the settings to resume production quickly, greatly reducing adjustment time.
The system can be integrated with a Z-type bucket elevator, vertical form fill seal (VFFS) packaging machine, premade pouch packaging machine, finished product conveyor, and checkweigher to create a fully automated packaging line.
