A 7-inch TFT color touch HMI paired with a PLC controller provides intuitive operation, fast setup, and multi-language support. The PLC has built-in weighing functions, eliminating the need for additional load cell displays. Fault detection features, such as load cell disconnection, overload, or signal errors, are displayed on the screen with troubleshooting instructions to ensure production stability.
Built-in 60 product memory modules allow rapid adjustment according to product type, weight, and vibration settings. The product group menu is clear and easy to read, enabling fast and convenient changeovers without memorizing codes, reducing operational complexity and minimizing downtime.
