The AF2100 is specifically designed for powder product weighing and packaging. It can automatically perform powder weighing, filling, and rounded-corner packaging, making it suitable for various types of powder products.
Equipped with a fully stainless-steel, integrally molded dosing screw, the machine is robust and durable. Driven by a Japanese servo motor, it achieves weighing accuracy of ±3%–5% (depending on material characteristics), effectively meeting both medium- and large-scale powder production needs.
Featuring a 7-inch TFT color touch HMI paired with a Japanese-made PLC controller (OMRON or SIEMENS), the system offers intuitive operation, fast setup, and multi-language support.
Supports 60 product group settings, allowing rapid adjustment according to different product types and weights. This reduces operational complexity, minimizes downtime, and significantly boosts production efficiency.
