The AF1000 is designed for micro-dose weighing and filling of powder products. It automatically performs powder conveying, weighing, and filling operations. Featuring high accuracy, multiple recipe memory settings, and an intuitive user interface, the AF1000 significantly enhances production efficiency and operational stability, making it an ideal solution for small to medium batch powder production.
Equipped with a one-piece stainless steel auger screw, the machine is robust and durable. Driven by a Japanese servo motor, it provides ±0.5–2% weighing accuracy (depending on material characteristics), ensuring reliable performance for medium to high-volume powder production.
